The first floor sitting room and balcony give this Cottage wonderful views north and south over the fells and towards the Solway coast and Scottish hills.  The sitting room, with its exposed beams, is home to a wood-burning stove.  The modern kitchen/dining area also boasts a French window and small balcony.  
On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom and a twin-bedded room.  The bathroom is also on the ground floor, comprising a bath (with shower over), a hand-basin and wc.
