Like Rambling Rose Cottage, the sitting room (with wood-burning stove) is located upstairs to take full advantage of the wonderful views overlooking the fells and the garden.  There is a French door and balcony.  

Also upstairs, there is a double bedroom with five foot four-poster bed and a twin-bedded room.  The bathroom (upstairs) comprises a bath (with shower over), a hand-basin and wc.  The modern fully-fitted kitchen (with dishwasher) and dining area are on the ground floor.
